That moment in Iron Banner...
When you lead your team with a K/D spread of 30/9 using just a sidearm and a throwing knife, but still lose because your team is composed of a bunch of wannabe snipers that couldn't hit the broadside of a barn if they were standing in it. And to top it off:

So what stories of salt and frustration do the rest of you have to share from this Iron Banner?

Exactly the reasons I joined a fun clan. Go in as a fire team of 6. We don't have any pvp experts in the group but a team of 6 average joes who understand the basics, which is enough to win most games

Simple, I just utter what has become my catchphrase: "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!" I love my Nirwen's Mercy because when used correctly, it can counter a sniper. Sometimes I'm trying to get an enemy player only for someone to run in front of me and block my view. This forces me to move to a different position. Then some other teammate pushes me out of cover and I die. Today I had the perfect shot to toss a tripmine grenade at a Sunbreaker. I took aim, toss the grenade, it headed straight towards him and one of my teammates runs in front of me and cockblocks me. I just watched the grenade bounce off the back of his head and land in front of me. The Sunbreaker realized we were there, quickly turned around and proceeded to completely rip us a new one. Now, I'm not saying I'm amazing and everyone else sucks. If anything, it's the opposite. I just hate it when people get in my way or push me out of cover. See, if I see someone trying to snipe, if the area allows it, I'll go around or behind them so they can continue sniping, not in front of them like a dumbass!

I got like maybe 20-30 "Best Around Medals" and maybe 10 "On the bright side..." medals just this iron banner I was going ham lol

Played 10+ games and carried almost each and every time, and whenever I wasn't on top, I was second with 15-25+ kills. Out of all of those games I lost the majority of them because I somehow get stuck with the crappiest players out there who are going super negative as well as getting the best rewards because of bungie's insanely unfair drop system. On top of all of this bull, shotguns and pulse rifles are going to take an extreme nerf in the December update. Because crap players want to complain about being killed so easily by these weapons instead of learning how to deal with them. I've personally used shotguns and sidearms successfully in crucible, meaning that if I was up against a shot gunner with my sidearm out, I was able to work with it and win the fight with thoughtful movement and a fast trigger finger. It's absolutely not hard to do or learn how to do, so stop crying over the big bad shotgun and pulse rifle users, man the **** up, and don't ruin the game for the skilled players out there just because you aren't one. And that's my input for the night (y)

2 RepliesJoin a match already started, on the losing side. Down already 500 to 5000. Opposing team is a fireteam of 4 or more. Spawn in, blame! Dead.. Spawn again... Blame!! Dead... Spawn in for a 3rd time, actually survive this time yet heavy spawns. Of course we don't get any. Died from a rocket. At this time I gave up trying and hide in a corner. Did end of getting a couple kills, but it was frustrating. Spawning in to die is annoying.

So i was playing IB right?? And its so stupid, you hear a loud ass clank sound from around the corner, what do the teammates do?????? They run into his hammers like they are gonna kill him, JUMP!! RUN AWAY!!! DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN FEED HIM THE KILLS, and thats how we lost the close match when we had a 1000 points lead and he killed 5 or more of us at the end and to top it off im top player with 26 kills and i get nothing while the guy at the bottom get a 306 machine gun -.- #passthesalt
