I'm not supportive of being Gay, transgender. Does that make me an egotistical, bigotry jerk if I'm still friends with people that are and don't hate on them?

Apparently. But if you're okay with sharing that you have strong enough shoulders to not give a fûck about the people who will hate on you
-
Nah It just makes you a dickweed scum of the earth
I'm not supportive of being Gay, transgender. Does that make me an egotistical, bigotry jerk if I'm still friends with people that are and don't hate on them?
How can you be friends with someone you don't support?
-
Because we both enjoy hanging out...
Because we both enjoy hanging out...
So if their gender/sexual orientation has no ill effects on your friendship, what exactly do you not support?
-
Because I believe that it is unethical in god's creation and that is not what he intended love to be
-
Because I believe that it is unethical in god's creation and that is not what he intended love to be
Then take it up with God, since he made them that way.
-
He didn't make them that way-ish He gave them a free choice to make their own decisions, but he knows what will happen to them. He knows what will happen to them, but he won't intervene himself.
-
Yes, because in order to be friends with someone, you have to agree completely with their ideas.
-
Liberal logic man, ignore them, I have family members who are gay, I believe it's wrong and they know where I stand but it doesn't change the love we share. You can disagree with someone's belief and still love and care for them. And to mad max I disagree with the black lives matter movement 100% and my best friend is black and he disagrees also so.....
-
Yes, because in order to be friends with someone, you have to agree completely with their ideas.
But being transgender isn't their idea/opinion/etc. It's just something they are. If you disagree with black people, why would you have a black friend?
I'm not supportive of being Gay, transgender. Does that make me an egotistical, bigotry jerk if I'm still friends with people that are and don't hate on them?
It does make you intolerant, closed minded and bigoted yes but at least you still keep them in your life which I can respect.
-
Lol PC -blam!-. Just because people don't support the lgbt community, doesn't make them close minded ass hats.
-
It does because there's no rational reason to not support them.
-
Maybe some people don't like the idea of men having sex with other men and women having sex with other women
-
Straight people don't like the idea but support the community. Personally I'm bi so I'll gladly play for both teams but more so with females. However there is no good reason to oppose the community.
-
I don't support them
