Never said it was acceptable. But there's a lot more people murdered for different reasons than people murdered for being transgender.

Yeah. But giving it a single holiday is -blam!-ing stupid. It's like thanking our veterans only on Veterans Day. You shouldn't get a holiday for it, it shouldn't be a thing that you remember on one day, it should be remembered everyday.
