I'm curious about those manslaughter charges against Bruce Jenner....what happened to that? How come it gets an award instead of jail time cuz of the manslaughter....
-
I'm curious about those manslaughter charges against Bruce Jenner....what happened to that?
Beats me. Whether they pursue manslaughter charges is up to the DA's office.
How come it gets an award instead of jail time cuz of the manslaughter....
Well the award wasn't for the car accident, obviously. And she wouldn't have served jail time, anyway. Manslaughter is a misdemeanor, not punishable by jail time.

Ok, so for the mislead comment.
-
Ok, so for the mislead comment.
The car accident had nothing to do with her receiving an award. Unfortunately, accidents happen, and even more unfortunately someone died in that accident.. She was not found to be at fault for the accident. She was not speeding, texting, drunk, or anything like that.

Let's not pussyfoot, its not a he or she, its an it
Let's not pussyfoot, its not a he or she, its an it
No, her legal gender is female.

So u respect Bruce Jenner?
-
So u respect Bruce Jenner?
I'm pretty indifferent to Caitlyn Jenner. Going through her transition publicly is certainly a difficult thing to do.
-
So u qualify her above other women who put there neck on the line to save you every day?
So u qualify her above other women who put there neck on the line to save you every day?
When did I say, or even imply, that?
He**
No, I did not misspeak. "She."

I think it's a he. I couldn't care less what their "legal gender" is.
I think it's a he. I couldn't care less what their "legal gender" is.
Luckily it's not up to you what her gender is. When your paperwork is approved by the court, for all circumstances, your legal gender is what applies on legal documents.
Your legal gender is what the court recognizes as your gender. I, however, don't have to base my opinion off of the court's politicly correct stuff.
What makes you better equipped to determine someone's gender than doctors and judges?
-
I'm not saying that I can judge a person's gender better than anyone else. I'm just saying I couldn't care less what the court decides, I'm going to have my own opinion.

Someone who has a penis is a man. Exception is hermaphrodites.
Someone who has a penis is a man. Exception is hermaphrodites.
That's the whole issue with being transgender - your gender does not match your biological sex.
-
True, but I think they should match. I don't agree with trans, but I don't hate or discriminate against them.
