Look at it from a buiness stand point. The best business in the word is one with 100% satisfied customers. If a player doesn't like raids or ToO, then once they hit mid to upper 290s, why not abandon destiny for a game they can progress in? This isn't want a company wants, to alienate customers. But I get your point, ToO and raids are harder. Thus, IB is available one freaking week A MONTH. That's it. After that, progression stops unless raids and ToO is played. If a person doesn't like either, those that do like them can continue to progress whIle those that don't like those activities can't. It's an acceptable compromise.
