Armor only drops up to 310 as end game rewards, with ghosts going up to 320. The 310-320 armor and weapons only come from the rank 5 package. I actually really like this system, and this is coming from someone who always believes in raid gear. King's Fall loot system is such an atrocity that this Iron Banner system is very much welcomed.
