If trials gear does not get bumped up to 310-320 range it would be because it is every week. Iron Banner is once a month. So when it comes around it should count for something. Yes you can get 310+ from hard mode raid, and that is every week too. But you can also get absolutely nothing from it one week. Like last week, I only did it on 2 characters, but got nothing that was better than what I already had, and only on harrowed piece.
