I'm rank 5 on two characters and I've yet to obtain a weapon above 285 or armor above 304.
Its [b][i]supposed[/i][/b] to give a higher chance at 310-320 gear at rank 5. But, either Bungie is lying or my RNG is just poop.

Its just rng shit My chest is 309 arms 290 and both weapons I got was under 290 I did get a 318 helm tho Its on my warlock
