To the people saying there isn't enough memory. The emotes, shaders, sparrow, and swords all load in PS3 just fine.
There is literately 0 reasons why ps3/xbox 360 users couldn't get this as well.
If they are not willing to give them the quest (which also doesn't add any new content) then they should just get the rewards for free seeings as how nothing impacts the gameplay (besides the swords, but they are no different from the normal swords).

I'm ok with that, but Destiny was promised to ps3/360. Honest next year I don't really give 2 -blam!-s if they cut off Ps3/360 completely, but as it stands the rewards are in game and function properly on ps3/360 so there is literately no reason for us not to get the rewards at least.
