The only drops I've seen over 310 LL is the ghost as an after match reward after getting rank 5 IB, and 1 weapon or armor piece per character after getting to rank 5 IB.

I got two 316 ghosts. Went to orbit and got a pair of 320 hunter boots

This is correct. I just can't stand getting 1st place most matches and getting nothing while last place gets legendaries 50% of the time. It's ridiculous how PvP in this game rewards mediocrity. And I swear raids hate me too. Out of ~100 hard raid items, I've gotten ~7-8 that were 314+ light, and ~70 harrowed items at 310-311, with a majority dropping at 310. It's absurd. Meanwhile, the guy who takes 20min on the jumping puzzle and keeps dying at every boss gets 318+ loot consistently. I swear there's an algorithm in this game that rewards bad players as incentive to keep playing.

I've noticed that pattern as well. Had a friend that was carried through some IB matches, bottom of the score board, gets a 320 ghost. I was only happy because I know him, but I can imagine the rage of the rest of our team, especially the ones with positive k/d that game.
