Actually I have 320 boots on my Hunter and I'm terrible at pvp. Your entitled to play half of Destiny. However, pvp participants are entitled to rewards also. Getting up to level 5 on all three of my characters this week has raised their light levels with the better gear from Iron Banner. This will help me do better in raids.
