although there is probably no truth in this, the game rewards players that suck ass.. i have friends that are atrocious at PvE, and get 315+ drops every raid.. others, that have only gone flawless a single time and get 320 primaries..
then there's me, flawless every week, complete hard raid every week, iron banner rank 5 x3, and still i have two 313s.. :'(
