Ghost are the only thing that could regularly drop 310-320. All other drops were sub 310. Except, obviously, from the rank 5 package. This did take some skill to get to as the bounties sped things up. If you just went Adam and did no bounties, you would eventually hit rank 5, but nowhere nearly as quick. The people going afk in most games would be the ones who had already hit rank 5 and just wanted a better drop. I agree they shouldn't do it, but it's the same in any game that has post match loot, (rng based.)
