Nightfall is ALAK-HUL (Darkblade) (The Sunless Cell)
Modifiers
Epic - Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers.
Berserk - Minions of the Darkness won't flinch, even after massive damage.
Specialist - Special Weapon damage is favored.
Chaff - Player radar is disabled.
Fresh Troops - Some enemy squads have been fortified with additional reinforcements.

Lol I used telesto for the boss fight. It was a good time

I used treads upon stars and then switched between thousand yard stare/sleeper simulant and thesan fr4/sleeper simulant combos. Pretty fun nightfall actually without the radar.

This was INTENSE with the Chaff modifier, especially once down in the cell itself. No radar... almost no visible contours to the room... and an invisible guy with an axe trying to chop you in half.

Here's a tip for some people. If you wanna kill Alak-Hul in less than 10 seconds, use this method. Titan with weapons of light and a hunter using shadowshot with black hole on. Have 3 high impact snipers. There you have now killed this boss in less than 10 seconds. Have fun.

Black Spindle will be a viable choice, along with raid sniper, Telesto, perhaps even Chaperone? (Does the boss still stagger? Or do all enemies (including boss) not stagger?)
