It's monthly, not weekly, and drops one. Read it one, 310-320 item. If it didn't, how many 310+ would even bother?

Drop rates increase the longer you play not based on the quantity of gear you get. You can receive multiple 310 gear if you play long enough to.

310, yes. But not above. The chief complaint of the crybaby above is the 310-320 loot, which only drops when a character hits rank 5.

That's not true at all. I got a 319 ghost and 2x 310s, a 313 scout rifle and a 319 fusion rifle. That was only with two characters

Not true. I had some terrible matches in iron banner, however a 320 ghost dropped for my hunter and I was at best rank 3. I know other players was salty but there were times when I would lead the scoreboard and get a black space next to my name.
