I'm guessing Sleeper Simulant might be considered a special weapon and also get the double damage boost as well? Like Vex, NLB, Universal Remote, etc...?

They fixed that for Vex, UR, and NLB a long time ago, but they are not the sharpest developers in the business, so maybe they did repeat their mistake for the sleeper...
