Epic and Fresh Troops are Nightfall standard so I won't mention it beyond this.
Skulls:
Chaff-No radar means you gotta use your eyes. No light means you gotta use your ears. Listen for Darkblade's footsteps.
Angry-Enemies aren't going to flinch. This won't be a problem, really. In fact, it'll keep shots lined up with those cursed thrall in the cell.
Specialist-your special weapons are stronger and your other weapons are a little weaker. Bring a fusion rifle or a shotgun, unless you're really brave and want to snipe in complete Darkness.

That will help give you a good idea where the Darkblade is as well. I used a sniper.....but I also tethered him first then sniped him in the tether until the next round of thrall came out.
