Edited by VoluptuousWombat: 11/26/2015 2:36:11 AMThat doesn't make sense, there would have to always be a flow of electrons for them to get back up, which is not introduced until one would tase them. You would have to have a backup system of some sort, which can always be tackled by introducing some sort of electric charge to that stream. Fiber optical cables are the only ones that can avoid those sort of things, but can still be shut down using lasers.

Many exos were created before the collapse, and the traveler encourages the use and expansion of scientific endeavors, that's why we had the golden age. Really, it does exist. We made exos before the traveler became known.

Post collapse, modifcations would actually be worse than during the golden age. I was born during the golden age (I have backstory about it) so I would know how exos could be wired, and I also knew the theories. My mother was a researcher on this sort of thing.
