Whoever has Osiris and not lighthouse gets lighthouse automatically. Since the issue is apparently fixed, you could easily solve this and make everyone in my shoes very happy in a single sweep of checking users, awarding it accordingly to each one. I remember several times in the past year, grimoire cards have been stealth-awarded during maintenance, so it's something you've been proven to be capable of doing. That seems perfectly fair, as it's impossible to have Osiris if you didn't accomplish everything needed to be awarded with Lighthouse as well.
