If your looking for purchases, head over to the Atom Cats Garage. A lady there named Rocky or something sells T-60 Atom Cats (black with orange flames). You can also steal a set from them if you're properly hidden, but you'll still have to buy the helmet. Pick up the Shark Paint issue of Hot Rodder while you're there. It's in a rusty silver camper with a red skull by the door.
