What's the minimum age to own a credit card in America? Cause I'm 14 and I used my own 'debit card' (what they're called in the UK). And I'm sure they already know that. But I just bought it cause. It's thriller. Who wouldn't want their guardian to do the thriller?

So what's the absolute minimum age, even if the parents sign for it?

Edited by Shagryn: 11/26/2015 5:10:12 PMFor a credit card the absolute minimum age is 18. You can be an authorized user on an account your parents start before then but the credit line still reflects back on them.
