Im trying to get more gamergirls to join my clan as well, we are Guardians of 3xtinction. We have 4 girls including myself i recently met another girl on here hoping for her to join. Anyway just want to be able to run full female raids and stuff. My whole clan is males almost and they rock too, just is awesome to find like minded women as well.

A solid mission statement and a good recruitment post will certainly help you bring in more lady folks. If you were considering joining up, we are not an exclusive group so it's ok with us to belong to other clans and carry their tag. We just ask that you don't push recruitment in our forums or chats. We want the ladies who join to be interested in participating in the group at some point (utilize our calendar and chats), not just using the group as a recruiting pool.
