Oh man. I've been in the navy 3 1/2 years im currently an E-5. Have fun cleaning toilets and mopping floors.

What? You are still doing that as an E-5? Even at flag there are E-3 types to do that.

Working with the Navy as both a contractor and and civil service I find not your statement not factual. At least by my experience.
