Aim down and wait for someone to get in the line of sight. Using a sniper while moving around takes more skill than shotgun but not that many people use that method

Anyone who snipes like that doesn't know how to snipe

And those people are the ones over saturating the game. At least you have a pretty good chance to mow down a shotgun user before he reaches you but you can't get more than one shot in before you're killed by a camper
