Looks like a Vex slap rifle and it attaches to the users arm, all black except for the tip witch has a strange blue glowing aura around it.

Hot swap
Surrounded
Exotic perk:
Bridge of time: Weapon deals minimal damage to enemy's, but when you shoot the weapon it teleports you to where the rounds land.
