Why does VoG artificially require a three/four-man fireteam after Templar?

There's absolutely no need to require a three-man team for the Gorgon Maze, or require a four-man team for Atheon. Why choose to maintain this now, when the content is no longer relevant to endgame? Duo'ing the first three parts is, without doubt, some of the most fun possible in the game's single player campaign. Why restrict the rest? It's a dumb, dumb decision, and it needs to be removed, if the content isn't going to be brought up to date. Edit: with regards to the Gorgon Maze - the passage was blocked today *after* spawning in with three, and reducing numbers, (sherpa on a third, his first run.) This has never happened to us before - we were always able to go in with 3+, and then disband to solo run the Maze and the jumping puzzle before reforming.

    I've 2 manned all of it. Although, you cannot get through the Gorgons Maze without 3 people. The door is sealed off, you have to bring a 3rd in for a minute. Until the 3rd is in, the Gorgons aren't even considered a Darkness Zone. You just respawn in 3 seconds. Templar is very easy with 3 players,[i]especially[/i] now. Don't do it from the top either, play it from the bottom, including the oracles prior to Templar. It's so much more fun that way, even though honestly now in Y2 it's barely a challenge. Everything dies in a second. For 2 man Templar just use snipers + heavy. I'd use Sleeper Simulant + Eirene if I were doing it. Kill Oracles that are close to you instead of cleansing, & stay close so when the containment shields Come up you can jump-smash both at the same time. Then just drop the relic & empty a sleeper clip / sniper clip. Pick back up. & your partner should obviously be shooting at him the entire time also. Don't block any teleports. The minotaurs aren't worth it.
