Well you spend a fair portion of your time in bed so surely you'd want to be clean for that portion. Because one day you're not going to have enough time to shower before work, school, whatever and because you shower after bed your bed will be greasy and sweaty and you'll be absolutely gross. Tbf it's just personal preference.
