So I'm assuming that you have knowledge of game development and understand that these things are [b]difficult to implement[/b] oh wait of course you don't because you are blindsided with your ignorance and want bungie to do whatever YOU want.

Blame Bungie. Oh, let's make a game we plan to make many changes to but use an engine that's hard to modify. Fantastic.

While a lot of those tweaks would take time I don't think the infusion elemental orbs would. They've already had similar items like the glass needles or etheric light in the game, and we used to be able to re-roll guns for different perks (which included elemental changes as it was). While the rest of the ideas listed here would obviously take a long time to implement, this seems the most logical, especially since it easily solved the "problem" that was their reasoning for getting rid of elemental primaries in the first place. It would also decrease the reliance some have on the zhalo supercell during arc burn events. The rest, I agree that would take a lot of programming and time.
