Camping in the back with a sniper takes no skill... but being aggressive and hitting your shots up close, that requires skill,
Camping or just blink shotgunning does not require skill...but moving around smartly, evading, and stuff like that require skill, just less than a sniper, but you hardly see good shotgunners

yeah , no . Pretty much every shotgunner uses blink.
