More realistic means a shot center mass (body shot) is killing you.
More realistic means there isn't a red light laser giving away your position.
More realistic means firing from the prone position.
Shotguns in Destiny realistic?!? When's the last time you seen someone jump up in the air or sliding into a room to fire a shotgun.
The only realistic thing about OP is he takes the game to seriously.

Center of mass shot won't kill because we are guardians , the red glare is in real snipers and such, but we can run into rooms to fire shotguns because we are guardians but our weapons should be more realistic since we are magical. That's why shotgun range should be short how it is and realistic

[b][i][u]Realistic[/u][/i][/b]- representing familiar things in a way that is accurate or true to life. Did you just use realistic and magical in the same sentence? Guardians aren't real. Obviously OP is a child and no concept of what real weapons are capable of doing.

Depends on the type of round. Maybe a slug but buck shot at distance is just going to piss someone off.

Depending on the gun and the choke you're using, buckshot still can easily kill at meters away. Shotguns in destiny wont be able to kill unless pointblank anymore. Anyways its just a game and trying to make these guns realistic would ruin the game. If someone wants to play realistic games then they could go play bf4
