Maybe they just can't do what we say for specific reasons.
Heck, maybe someone high-up won't let them.
Maybe are expectation actually are a little "lofty".
Don't assume things, you know what people say about that. . .
Do you know anything about programing and game design? Ask yourself this before posting. I bet this will have an impact on most comments

I understand the work that goes into a game like this. I also understand that it's not hard to listen to fans every now and again.

Yup. Hence why I posted what I did. Glad someone isn't just entitled and expects to get what they want when really most games don't do hardly anything to fix problems even less add new complex features.
