Keyhole is useless if you are running a Combustion build but it is not as situational as you think since most PvP maps are close quarters. Lots of opportunities for a patient Gunslinger to fire into a chokepoint and take out multiple players rolling covering each other but running either single file or in a very tight formation. Also good for taking out multiple players lollygagging at a capture zone or camping the HW spawn.
