I would just like for you to make sure you don't say that the game has been a letdown for the community. Please make a point to say [i][b]Some of the community,[/b][/i] because I for one love this game and am not let down by it. I'm still doing new things because I paced myself. I love it.

Edited by DocRed68: 12/2/2015 12:41:50 PMI'm still working on exotic swords, I'm in progress on the crucible questline. I have yet to do the subclass questlines. I've barely dabbled into the Touch of Malice quest. And I need to upgrade subclasses yet. (I had all three classes maxed on both and restarted Hunter and warlock to change their gender to male, and now only have 2 maxed on lock and 1 maxed and another close on Hunter.)

I completed the elimination quest line yesterday I know it's not a big thing but my reward was a 85 rated scout rifle. That is just taking the piss, I would of rather have received no reward lol

No, I honestly get a little bit of satisfaction. Subclass quests not so much. Crucible, I've enjoyed. I've jumped through quite a few things I wouldn't have done freely, and found I enjoyed certain things. Swords have been...entertaining. farming those materials was grindy but became something to do while chatting with clanmates. Made it easier and we made a race out of it.

What is rushing to one person could be a turtle crawl to another. People's playstyles are vastly different. If a person blazes through the game to be "first" and ignores most of the content then you have a point. If on the other hand a person blazes through it naturally/instinctively then it is a playstyle. Sometimes speed is affected by right choices (in rpgs I have a bad tendency to choose the right path unkowingly even when I want to explore) Other cases it's just being too good ( this applies to pve fps) if you don't die on the missions and you go from one to the next efficiently then you are gonna complete loads quicker. If a person who's playstyle is naturally fast holds back on speed then most of the time they will not enjoy what they are doing. Which is against what a game is for. I think when people complain, about no content , they are talking about not enough end game. Before ttk you had 2 raids and poe plus in an Osiris to get endgame power. Now those 2 raids are replaced by one. So where they hoped it would be another endgame activity to add on it became a substitute instead.

You can still do the other raids they are not gone, and does not really matter about max level for you do not now or ever need to be max level in this game not even in the raids or in ToO or IB. So there is no less content in the game at all. Just people want the game tailored to their playstyle instead of adapting and that is not going to happen nor should it either. Not bungies fault at all if a player rushes any content regardless of how easy it is for them or not and then gets bored because they did so. Not bungies fault for those that only play this game all the time when there are other games out there to play to mix it up. No one ever said that they had to just play this game and do as much as possible each day or else.. no one but those that rush who think they need to be first in a video game when it really does not matter who is first now or ever. It is not some significant event to be first, you dont get an award for doing so, it is just for ego/pride/vanity reasons and that is the wrong reason to be playing a game.
