I think they do listen. They just don't execute things very well.
For example, they sent me an email asking for feedback why I don't play Destiny anymore. I took my time, I filled out the boxes, and left comments. I then click to send the message so it takes me to the Bungie website (I'm assuming for confirmation they received it). Then the webpage has an internal server error so all the feedback I tried sending wasn't received. This is Bungie.
I tried multiple times, on mobile, computer, data, wifi. Nothing worked I got the same error. They don't even know how to properly implement a feedback system.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
