Edited by OrangeRocks1986: 12/2/2015 11:23:16 AMNope it wouldn't be buffed like that. Bungie already released it for year two. They only fix year one exotics that aren't released yet. They are to lazy to recode the helm. But they might release another helm like Nighthawk but buffed up for $40 dlc.
