Golden gun will outshoot you every time, unless your so far away that they can't see you

Edited by MurderrTrain: 12/2/2015 5:10:09 PMIf you catch someone using golden gun unaware (come up behind them while they are aiming for someone else) there's no reason you shouldn't be able to kill them A Titan will turn around before you have their shields down, kill you and get all his health back.
