Allow me to sum up your flawed logic with a hypothetical story. Let's say that Chevy releases a awesome new sports car that they generated tons of hype over, there are lots of high hopes for it. It's advertised to be able to easily go one hundred and ten miles an hour, but it takes 5 minutes for it to accelerate to that speed. Also it uses up 1 gallon per mile. It has a built in GPS, but its incapable of finding any address put into it properly. And to top it all off every time something on the car breaks down the warranty magically becomes void the day before the breakdown. So after much outcry Chevy gives up and strips the car down and releases it as the Chevy Malibu. An extremly average and unimpressive car compared to the previous promised car. According to them that is the perfect way to fix the problem. That's the logic that all destiny apologists use in my opinion when it comes to problems supposedly being fixed. They never should have existed
