But your point doesn't make sense. You can't compare a night out to the movies along with dinner to a video game when it comes for quality of content for your dollar.

Sure you can. If I spend $60-$100 on 3hrs of entertainment and feel like I've received good value, then why would I complain about 1000hrs of entertainment from a video game at the same price, demand more, and go on forum rants.
