Gun skill eh? Let's see...... a futuristic gun that shoots regular bullets with a wielder having the lowest resistance in the game VS. a flaming hammer born of light that has a low velocity but explodes on impact with the wielder being the literal guards of the Wall and named after beings powerful than gods. I don't think gun skill has to do anything with this encounter, but common sense seems to be far more important
