[b]you see a jet black unmarked police cruiser with sirens blaring speed down the street below[/b]

[i] Rae watches the cruiser, and tries to figure out the likely location of its target, she has no problem keeping track, eventually she sends a nudge with her telepathy to see if she can find anyone in the area[/i]

[b]the car returns to a normal speed and the sirens turn off[/b]

-She spot this man running from rooftop to rooftop, he is in a T shirt, grey jeans and combat boots. On his hip are two katanas-

[i] She assumes the guy is training because she takes a similar route herself,briefly nods in recognition.[/i]

-He doesn't seem to notice her, as he stops on a rooftop he stops to catch his breathe-
