You need to make that a bit clearer then. And list some actual constructive criticism on points where and how they can improve. Not write a huge essay which doesnt really say anything other than "they are nor listening" trying to rile up a crowd like some politician. Bungie has listened and implemented enough things the community asked for. Not everything you want can be implemented. The game wont be tailor made to your wants/needs. Get over it.
