What we have here isn't a simple case of incompetence, no this is RIDICULOUS. They simply cant top what they initially created (that alone is laughable), they go ON RECORD to state stuff they cant/wont do then proceed to release the OPPOSITE. Then sit and wonder why whats left of the fanbase are either confused or frustrated. While they take one baby step forward and ten steps back.
