Well they've been given more than enough reasons to make fun of it. In any case, i perfectly understand the people who like it and why they like it. Its a very poorly executed loot based game with a shocking small amount of loot/variation/bizarre design choices, but to a player with little knowledge/background on the genre (console gamers in general), it can be very addictive. Like/hate it is irrelevant, the topic is about a studio that keeps talking nonsense (says this and does the exact opposite).

I enjoy this game mainly for the social interactions and dance parties. I have lots of experience with other loot based games (Specifically World of Warcraft and Diablo 3) so i believe that in my specific case your argument doesnt apply.

Fair enough, you're in the extreme minority. However WoW is an MMO (proper social aspects) and Diablo 3 ROS is an excellent loot based game. Both knew what they are and what they can deliver. Destiny is all over the place and is no where near that caliber (scale/content/quality/vision). You also cant deny that they mainly targeted the younger console gamers for that exact same reason (a nearly foreign genre). You're entitled to enjoy whatever you like, but surely you can see the extreme lack of content/effort/bizarre design ...... And loot in a loot based game. The topic isn't even about that, its about Bungie talking nonsense.
