Correct. I wasn't referring to the in game economy, I was referring to Bungie's attitude of become "legend" how we want you to and use the gear we want you to use. I don't think it would've hurt anything leaving old gear in the game, the burden should be on Bungie to make better gear and make the player want to use all the new gear available.
