Depressed? 2.0

So if you've seen my last post, and you're wondering,"How the hell am I supposed to be positive? My life sucks!" Here are some tips. Sleep- Having a full night of sleep every night can completely change your life. It lets you be a more productive, more energetic, and more sociable person. Company- If you spend time around people who treat you like trash, find new people to spend time around. Finding, happy, friendly, forgiving people can help you live a less depressing life. School- If you're doing badly in school, or generally not enjoying it, consider changing your classes. Being in more classes you enjoy can seriously affect how you approach learning. Work- Hate your work? Try finding and [b]doing[/b] work you enjoy. Working at a coffee shop, fast food joint, or in a cubicle probably isn't how you want to spend your day! Extracurriculars- Think you play too much videogames? Consider learning a new instrument or language in your free time. Something like guitar is extremely n00b friendly and is really easy to learn off the internet, no sheets of music required. Hopefully this helped a bit more! Remember, forget about doing all these at once... Choose one and work on that. I'd recommend starting with sleep. (>•~•)>
