lol @ GTA.
adding more vehicles at ridiculous prices that push players to buy Shark Cards doesn't = free DLC.
in 2 years they've added very little content as far as activities.
AANNDD...
it's not DLC.
DLC is optional.
updates are forced.

Edit: with forced updates you have no option but to play with the updates or quit. With Bungies DLC's it's kind of the same thing, except you don't pay content gets removed.
