Just an observation. I play all 3 characters and have done so for a long time. I do a lot of raiding, so I can be lvl 318 on all 3 characters when I move over my best guns.
Ok, the nightfall is SABER this week with void burn. So class-wise, I used void based for all 3. Focusing on the first part with the warsat when you have waves of enemies bombarding you with plenty of yellow and shielded enemies and those damn ships hitting you with what felt like missles all the time. Going thru that same part, here was my experience...
Titan Defender: Holy crap, the SABER nightfall never felt so easy, the enemies never had a chance with my Truth and magnetic grenages. I used blessings with my bubble and I was a rock inflicting whoop ass on all those yellows. Did not die once.
Hunter nightstalker: the tether was just awesome and that voidwall grenade was just whiping them all up. Hitting them with truth while tethered was glorious. I only died one time as hunter cause of the damn ship blasts.
Warlock void walker: Well it would be embarrassing to tell you the number of times I died. I think I used my nova bomb onetime, cause I kept having to hide from the stupid ships that kept killing me. Warlock is definitely the squishiest sob of the 3 classes.
I also did make sure I had armor and shield regen setup right on my warlock.

Void walker is garbage tier if you don't know how to use it.
