Taken King Code Unavailable
I bought Destiny: TTK Legendary Edition for PS4 for my buddy recently. When he installed the disc, he goes in to try and play TTK with me and it keeps asking him to either redeem a code or purchase the expansion. However, when he tries to enter his DLC code, he is told that the code has already been redeemed. Is this a problem with the installation or the network? Super frustrating. The game was purchased brand new, sealed from the store. Any help would be appreciated.
NOTE - We already tried restoring licenses and redeeming directly from the PS Store as well.

4 RepliesWhen he views TTK in the PS store what does it show? If it shows as purchased he may need to just download the content. If it is prompting him to purchase it, it is possible that he got a bad code. In the latter case, I would recommend returning the game to the retailer it was purchased from.
