I've beaten the Undying Mind multiple times, is the card glitched on XB1? Also, is it still possible to obtain the "Ascendant Sword" card?

Just beat the Crota raid for the sword and I've been having the same thing with the undying mind as well

Ohh card nvm. The strike itself is glitched for me. The special one for Hunger Pangs wont go away even though ive already completed it

For Undying Mind, have you loaded the normal strike node from the Mars map on the planetary director screen? Not doing this is often the culprit for a strike not unlocking a grimoire card &/or not getting an uptick on your Strikes Introduction card's strike completion count. For the Ascendant Sword, try two things. First, load the Fist of Crota (top of director map of Earth), go to the group of praying hive acolytes, & let the summoned swordbearer kill you. Second, go kill the swordbearer, pick up the sword, and kill some enemies. If I am not misremembering, you should be able to get this card before ever stepping into Crota's End.

No its a raid card so it should unlock by beating the raid. At least thats how i got mine

Edited by IronK93: 12/9/2015 10:29:42 PMI know the card appears in the raid section of the grimoire. The world item, however, is the sword carried by the swordbearer enemy type. That enemy type appears in the Fist of Crota story mission as well as in the Crota's End raid. That enemy type was much more plentiful before DLC 2, when Swordbearers would appear regularly during Earth and Moon patrols. The Ascendant Sword is what you pick up each time from them and it is the weapon they wield. Therefore, the advice I gave might work and I believe did work for me during The Dark Below.
