32 teams in the American NFL. By comparison to major soccer leagues around the world, there are 20 teams in the English Premier League (72 teams in the English Football League), 20 teams in La Liga, 20 teams in Ligue 1, 18 teams in Bundesliga, 20 teams in Campeonato Brasileiro Seria A (100's of teams combined in each subgroup), etc... You get the idea. "Football" as a world sport, aka "soccer", has exponentially more fans and premier players than American football, especially given the comparative market size. There really is no comparison. It's significant to note that more people watched the women's World Cup recently than the Stanley Cup finals or NBA finals. American football compared to men's world football? Not even close. Your response is at best, immature, and at most, utterly misplaced and possibly jingoistic. I love American Football as much as the next guy (despite the problems my 49'rs are having), but let's get real here, a response to OPs thread that includes world football is just as relevant as yours.

Not when he mentioned the Packers by name. A real football team. Not some sport played by Frenchmen.

I will let you go Ricky, but first I want you to say "I...love...crepes."

Hehehe, how long did that wall take.
-
You mean all those teams with Football Club in their full name?
-
I guess you are talking about soccer again. Talk American.

Don't most Americans speak English? :)
